Description: An Aspen-styled penthouse in Ft. Lauderdale Beach

This unique penthouse provides the warmth and comfort of an Aspen retreat on the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Wood from a reclaimed barn, river rock and rich fabrics transform the space from bustling Ft. Lauderdale to the peaceful mountains of Colorado.

Description: The Dancing Pig Pub is that “little place on the corner” where you enjoy a memorable meal, the big game, your favorite microbrew and glass of wine. Herringbone brick, leather, wood, concrete, massive bookshelves, built in televisions, dome filled ceiling and modern light fixtures are just some of the elements brought together to create a local’s favorite.
